Hi Everyone.
I I should write another post since I am alright. It is 6.18am and the house is quiet.Everyone is still asleep.
I have had some nice things happen too and I don't want to forget them.
Firstly my little brother got his monitor badge at school. We all went to the assembly. I am so proud of him.
I have started to write a book about my life pre, during and post transplant. I find it quite therapeutic as there are so many emotions present even now.
I am going to be featured in a joint campaign by the Jack Petchey Foundation and the Anthony Nolan Trust to be launched in October.
I hope you will encourage your family and friends to go along and become donors of blood, bonemarrow and organs.
The other thing that has happened is that Rowena our contact at the Jack Petchey Foundation, who by the way is the loveliest person sent me a cheque for £500.00.In aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital to support my fundraising.
I was so taken aback at the kind gesture and also the amazing card and comments from her team.
I dwell a lot on the ruthless, unjust and immoral people that I encounter. When. As my mum says I should also think about those who endeavour to make my life happy. She has set me a task. For every one of those rude callous individuals in my life, I have to balance them with people like Rowena.
So a big thank you to my mummy who is always there for me, all my consultants at GOSH, From David to Persis and both Pauls,to Tina and June(Clinical nurse specialists) my life savers, Rachel and Zoe(my psychologists) and not forgetting my lovely nurses on all the wards I have been on in GOSH. Especially FOX and BADGER.
most of all to all of you who root for me and keep me going in the most darkest of days. I will keep you all in my heart forever.

Hi Devaanshi
It's always good when you don't blog as I know you are busy. Your Mam is exactly right. I have great faith in humans and definitely believe there are a lot more good than bad out there. If the majority of people were bad the world would have gone under years ago. When I was younger and something bad happened to me I always felt that I would feel sad for ever, them something good would happen and I would feel happy again. Now I know when I am feeling sad or down that it will get better and it does. That's the benefot of being old!!! Enjoy every good person and moment of year 10. there are always teething problems when systems change so bear with it, give positive feedback to people who can make the change and have patience with the person who is learning the new routine. Dying to see you all again.

Hi Devaanshi
Great to see you blogging again. Whilst things can be more tough for you.You handle things very maturely. There are some terrible people in the world, but as your mother said, you should concentrate on the ones who are as nice as you. The horrid teacher who bullied you will know in her heart that she is wrong. I'm sure. The nurses who make your life unbearable will have to pay for it one day.
Your outlook on life is an inspiration.
Please keep blogging. All the best -Rachel xx
Hi Devaanshi,
Its great to know that you are penning your thoughts down in a book. Its amazing to see someone your age even attempting to do this!
Take good care and more good will come to you.
Iam sorry that the people at school are not carrying on your care as they should, you know if there was any way I could have carried on I would have. Remember if there is any justice in the world things will be ok. There are good people left, that will keep on trying to help you in any way they can. Keep positive xx
hey devanshi your mum is right. let this people put you to test in whichever way they want however they behave but good things is you always pass in this test with flying colours. if one fruit in basket is ripen we take it out and leave other good fruits in the basket in similar way this people who are giving you hard time throw them out of your list and don't give them any importance to their behaviour or to them. one day theu will reliase its a privilage to know you and to be connected to beautiful person like you who not only thinks beautiful but has a beautiful heart like you so you are perfect combination of brains, beauty, kindness and brave
Also great to see your efforts towards raising funds for GOSH bearing fruit. There is so much to be done to raise awareness about donations and clear misconceptions. And you are truly leading the way!
Thanks you to all your lovely messages. I am just going to smile no mateer what now. I have lovely angels everywhere who support me no matter what. I have fabulous friends who I love. My family is my rock. Thanks to all xxx
